⌂ WHERE WE BUILD
Local to Victoria, Texas, serving about 150 miles around
We’re a Victoria crew, and we build across South Texas — the small towns, the country roads, the manufactured-home communities, and the brick ranch homes in between. If you’re inside this circle, we’ll come take a look.
⌂ STRAIGHT TALK
Questions we hear a lot
No runaround. Here’s how we answer the things homeowners actually ask us.
How do Rent-to-Own options work?
Rent-to-Own is available for freestanding, portable structures, whether built in our shop or on-site. Terms, approval requirements, ownership details, and payment amounts are determined by the provider after project review.
How much does a deck cost?
Every yard is different. We’ll measure your space, prepare a preliminary deck estimate, and explain any Rent-to-Own options available for your project.
Do you stain the deck too?
Yes. A professional stain finish is included on every build. Pressure-treated lumber needs that protection against Texas sun and rain, and we handle it for you.
How far do you travel?
We’re based in Victoria, Texas and serve about 150 miles around it — Cuero, Goliad, Edna, Port Lavaca, Yoakum, Beeville, and the small towns in between.
Do you build in your shop or at my home?
Both. Most of our decks are built in our Victoria shop and delivered to your home, set in place and ready to use. Delivery is free within 75 miles. When a project needs to be built in place, our crew builds it on-site.
What do you build besides decks?
Covered patios, gazebos, ramps, and stairs are built as practical wood outdoor features.
Will you actually show up?
That’s a fair question, and the honest answer is yes. We communicate clearly, we keep our word on timing, and we treat your project like our own.
Let’s build something you’ll enjoy.
Tell us about your project. We’ll come out, take a look, and give you a straight answer on price. No pressure — just honest talk.
